How do I place an order?
You can click here to sign up an account on website via email and log in, add the items to your shopping cart and submit the order to complete the payment.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, western union or wire transfer.

Is shopping with Keeponsale.com secure?
Yes, Keeponsale ensures that customers' purchases are secure. We use secure encryption and fraud protection for all credit card transactions. 


What materials do you use?
Our pieces only use real 14-18k yellow gold, 925 sterling silver and genuine rhodium.  Moissanite,925 sterling silver and 316L stainless steel products are also available. All of our products are strictly tested.


Is your jewelry made of real gold/silver?
We offer 14k/18k/24k, .925 sterling silver and 18k 5X PVD gold plating. We use real 14k-24k gold in our plating process on all gold plated products. Our pieces are 5X PVD plated in real gold.

What is moissanite?Is it real diamond?

Moissanite is not real diamond, but it looks 99.9% the same as natural diamonds at a fraction of the cost! we sell moissanite that are very high quality stones and pass the diamond tester and actually has a higher refractive index (making it more icy or blingy) than natural diamonds.Moissanite shares the lavish appearance of a diamond and to most people the two are indistinguishable. However, moissanite stones offer a more brilliant display of refracted light. 

What makes your quality different?
Our gold plated jewelry is 5x PVD plated, which is industry leading, we use the same process that we use on our vermeil pieces. The process is the highest quality plating available. Our gold plated jewelry will last longer than any gold plating you may be used to. The proprietary plating process we use allows our jewelry to maintain its appearance for as long as you own it and follow our instructions for care and maintenance. Our team is constantly innovating and improving our current plating processes to ensure our pieces last the longest.

How is my order packaged?
All our orders are shipped in secure packages. Inside the package you'll find Keeponsale's branded box that can be used for gifting or storage.Jewelry packaging including jewelry box, jewelry dust bag, silver cleaning cloth,care instructions and gift bag.

Which shipping companies do you use?
We primarily  use UPS, Fedex, EMS,Aeamex and DHL.

How do I qualify for free shipping?
At Keeponsale, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $89.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
Custom orders may take 7-10 business days.Weekends or holidays are not part of the calculation.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

How can I cancel an order?
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! In the event that your want to cancel your order, you need to contact our customer service [email protected] 
PLEASE NOTE
• Once the package has been shipped, it is out of our control, in this case we cannot cancel the order, wait for your package to arrive and contact us to return for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.
•  For personalized/engraved/special order items or 925S  Moissanite items ,once custom products are in production, there can be NO cancellations.


How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also log in to our website and track your order under "Account> My orders> My orders"
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. 


What if the package shows that it is signed for, but I have not yet received my package?
Once the tracking information shows that it has been signed for, Keeponsale is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. After the package has been shipped, we will send you the tracking information via email, please pay attention to the shipping status of your package in time to arrive. Please check with the courier or post office immediately if your package has been delivered but you have not received it. If you still can't find your package, please contact the courier and file a claim.

What if I want to exchange or return my order?
If you need to change your order, please contact us at [email protected]. Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations until the item has arrived at its destination, so please wait for your package to arrive.We can help you process a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of  delivery.For more details,please click here
 
If I order multiple items, will they arrive at the same time?
If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. This is especially true if you order custom jewelry, as we craft item to order and want you to receive your products as quickly as possible. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
