30-Day No-Risk Return Policy & Guarantee

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a jeweler other than Keeponsale cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient.

Gift Returns 

As a gift recipient, you may return your gift for a merchandise credit or, if you prefer, we can also issue a refund to the purchaser.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

To exchange your order:

Email keeponsale8@gmail.com or 853-6215-0316 to request your return and obtain further return instructions. Please have your order number, item number you are exchanging, and the item number you would like to exchange for. 

Exchange Price Differences:

When exchanging for a higher-priced piece, you will need to remit payment for the price difference. If you are exchanging for a lower-priced piece, you will receive a gift certificate for the price difference when you receive your new item.
