Delivery & Shipping

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 10-13 days to delivery your package(Custom orders may take 15-25 business days).Our estimated delivery dates are based on the following factors: processing time for your order,shipping time and the destination address(NO PO BOX, NO MILITARY ADDRESS)

Delivery time is always an ESTIMATE, so be sure to allow plenty of time for your order.

 

Processing Time(3 business days)

After your payment is verified, we fulfill all orders within 3 business days of receiving your orders. Custom orders may take 7-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
 

Shipping Time(7-10 days)

Estimated shipping time is approximately 7-10 days, not including weekends or holidays.Please note that shipping time is always an ESTIMATE.While we strive to deliver on time, this is not always possible as there are a lot of variables. Due to natural disasters, terrible weather, holidays and other uncontrollable factors, many couriers may experience unforeseen delays, Keeponsale will not be responsible for any delay.

Track your order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also log in to our website and track your order under "Account> My orders> My orders"
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. If you need more tracking information, please contact us at [email protected]



Duties & Taxes

The recipient must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees that are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country; once the package arrives in the destination country, the recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be imported into the destination country and for paying these additional fees. Tax rates are determined by the country to which an order is shipped.We recommend that you check your country's policies to ensure you are aware of any additional charges that may apply. 
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:
Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time.

• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.

• In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representative

• Keeponsale reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

• Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS, CanadaPost or DHL, UPS, FedEx Keeponsale is not liable for lost packages.

• If you encounter any fulfillment issues with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a resolution.
