International Shipping Policy

We process orders within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 3-5 business days of arrival in stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Refunds Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and remains in its original packaging and condition. A full refund will be issued, less the cost of return shipping.

Please note: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are defective.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email us immediately at service@keeponsale.com with your order number and photos. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Upon approval of your return, we will email you with detailed instructions and the address for sending your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent without prior authorization.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to confirm the arrival of your item. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
