RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date.Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or +853 6215-0316


Return & Exchange Conditions
• Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
• We offer EXCHANGE or REFUND within 14 days of the original delivery date in its original condition.
Only exchanges will be accepted after 14days and within 30 days of delivery.(In this case, if the customer insists on returning the item for a refund, we will charge a 15% handling fee. The fee will be deducted from the refund)
• All returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with the jewelry tag, without scratches or signs of wear,and in saleable condition.
• Items that are altered or damaged, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and cologne/perfume odor do not qualify and will be sent back to you  --Postage, shipping and handling charges are at your expense. Keeponsale does not provide prepaid shipping labels.
•  Any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
• Exchanges will incur a $10 exchange fee plus any shipping at your expence.
We apologize but the restocking fee is justified as it takes time out of our busy day to receive and unpack the item, inspect it for damage, return it to inventory, update our inventory, unpack the item, this is cost to us.
If you receive damaged or incorrectly packaged items, there will be no restocking fee, they will be replaced with the same item, and we will pay for both the return and reshipment of the new item.
• For Bundle purchases , all items in the bundle must be returned to receive a refund.If we receive only part of the bundle,  the retail price of of the unreturned item will be deducted from the refund.
• Return must include tracking number and include your full name and order number with your package.
• Return and exchange of different items requires recalculation of prices.
• Keeponsale does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items that remain undelivered to our warehouse.
• The shipping fee is non-refundable, although some areas enjoy free shipping, but in fact Keeponsale bears the shipping fee for each order.

We kindly ask that our customers refrain from purchasing multiple items to decide which will work best, while planning to return the rest. This is due to our large selection and low prices. Items are delicate and everyone deserves a brand new unused item



Non-Refundable/Non-Exchange
•  Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange,resize( Grillz Item,925S and Moissanite Items)
• Items without jewelry tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable.
• Customized items, including personalized items with “engravings” and “photos”,customized size, engraved, customized color, customized stone cut, customized stone size, are not returnable. 
• Earrings, Grillz (for hygiene reasons)
• Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.
Please note: Once any of our 925s Moissanite items and custom products are in production, there can be NO cancellations.



Sale Items
Sale items can only be returned for exchange. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.


Keeponsale will not reimburse customer the return shipping fee or reshipment fee under the following circumstances.

• Customer received the wrong item.(For wrong items, customers must contact Keeponsale within 30 days from the date of delivery.Otherwise, we will consider the customer to have accepted the wrong item and it cannot be returned.)
• The item is broken or defective (For broken or defective items, customers must contact Keeponsale within 48 hours from the date of delivery.)



Refund
• Refund & Exchange will be processed within 5 working days once get the return package.The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
*Please Note: The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.



International Refused Shipments
Customers are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Keeponsale, even if you refuse the shipment. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.


Cancellation Policy
We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
General order will be fully refunded before order is shipped out. For personalized/engraved/special order items or 925S  Moissanite items ,once custom products are in production, there can be NO cancellations.
Please notewe CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
